Her father Federico Brandt an impressionist painter and co- founder of the Fine Arts Circle of Caracas who painted their life: their spaces, their objects, and their landscapes to the public . Having this important figure as her reference inspired and helped to create her own alchemy in her art. This small collection of canvases are created during 30 years of consistent work and research. Her innate wisdom and drive to connect to the avant-gardes of the world in her travels as a diplomat’s wife and her capacity to travel to her most authentic inner feelings made her one of the most outstanding representatives of the informalist - abstract movement in the history of Venezuelan Art .
